KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:

  • Wear comfortable shoes and clothes.
  • Minimum age and hight for flying with a hot air balloon is 6 years and 115 cm.
  • Maximum weight for flying with a hot air balloon is 120 kg.
  • Not wheelchair accessible.
  • Sparkling wine is served only to adults (18+).
  • Food and drinks, except the sparkling wine or juice, are not included in the price. There will be a few stops on the way where you can buy food and you can always bring snacks with you.
  • Exact departure time of ballooning flight is issued one evening before the activity and will be sent to your e-mail address. It is recommended to be at the meeting point no earlier than 5 minutes before departure and no later than exact departure time.
  • Our professional pilots and ballooning crew can decide that weather or other conditions and things beyond our control do not allow safe operation of the tour. In that case tour can be cancelled last moments and guests will be offered alternative date or a full refund.
  • Although unlikely, tours may be cancelled/changed by Trip Your Day due to lack of the minimum number of participants or other unforeseen circumstances.
